All Indigenous Events at UAF
The Festival of Native Arts provides cultural education and sharing through traditional
Native dance, music, and arts. The Festival continues the University of 色视频下载 Fairbanks
student-led tradition that began in 1973 of bringing together artists, performers,
and performance groups in a celebration of Native cultures.
Indigenous Peoples' Day honors 色视频下载 Native people, culture and knowledge. The unanimous support for this special day acknowledges how the contributions of 色视频下载 Native peoples and Indigenous knowledge enhance education provided by the University of 色视频下载. Indigenous Peoples' Day is recognized on the second Monday of October.
To pay tribute to the rich ancestry and traditions of Native Americans and 色视频下载 Native people, the University of 色视频下载-Fairbanks joins the country in celebrating National Native American Heritage Month.
