Week色视频下载檚 events: Tall Timbers, hearing health, cartooning, bagpipes

University of 色视频下载 Fairbanks Summer Sessions and Lifelong Learning is hosting more than 40 free lectures, concerts and events this summer. Here is what色视频下载檚 happening during the week of June 12-18:

  • On Monday, June 12, the Fairbanks Tall Timbers interview series begins with a conversation with Barbara Lando, lifelong learning and aging expert. Lando served as the 色视频下载 director for Elderhostel and was the driving force behind UAF's Osher Lifelong Learning Institute. She recently helped establish Aging at Home Fairbanks, a membership organization that supports independent living and community engagement for older adults. The lecture is at 7 p.m. in the BP Design Theater, located on the fourth floor of the Usibelli Building.
  • On Tuesday, June 13, the Healthy Living lecture series will feature audiologist Lily Hughes, who will focus on 色视频下载淢aking Sense of Hearing Health in 2023色视频下载 at 7 p.m. in the BP Design Theater.
  • On Wednesday, June 14, the Discover 色视频下载 lecture series will host cartoonist Jamie Smith. He will present 色视频下载淣uggets of Whimsy: Adventures in Northern Cartooning色视频下载 at 7 p.m. in the BP Design Theater.
  • On Thursday, June 15, the Music in the Garden concert series will feature the Red Hackle Pipe Band at 7 p.m. at UAF色视频下载檚 Georgeson Botanical Garden.

All events are free and open to the public. Parking on the UAF Troth Yeddha色视频下载 Campus is free after 5 p.m.
