Stop the Bull Campaign: Take a stand against cyberbullying, digital harassment

The Office of Rights, Compliance and Accountability Prevention and Outreach Department and friends invite you to participate in the first É«ÊÓƵÏÂÔؘStop the BullÉ«ÊÓƵÏÂÔØ™ campaign at UAF.

Stop the Bull is a prevention campaign focused on taking a stand against cyberbullying, cybersecurity, and promoting healthy online habits. Events and seminars are scheduled for Sept. 23-26.

  • Stop the Bull: Identifying and Responding to Stalking on College Campuses

    ORCA has partnered with allies at SPARC (Stalking Prevention, Advocacy and Resource Center) from Washington D.C., to present a short panel on how to recognize and assist someone being impacted by cyberbullying, harassment or stalking.

  • Stop the Bull: Give a "Kahoot" Against Cyberbullying!

    Join ORCA POD for a fun interactive game that teaches about responding to online harassment. Peer Prevention Educator, Kori Williams will be facilitating a game that incorporates ways to respond when students see any form of cyber harassment or digital stalking behaviors. Prizes and light Refreshments!

  • Stop the Bull: Navigating Everyday Technology When Every Day Looks Different (Online Dating Safety)

    Presented by: the Interior É«ÊÓƵÏÂÔØ Center for Non-Violent Living
    Please join ORCA and friends for a presentation from our community partners from the Interior É«ÊÓƵÏÂÔØ Center for Non-Violent Living. Questions will be taken at the end. The topics discussed will include: cyber-security, including safety on dating apps; local services provided through IAC; and tips of building healthy and respectful relationships.

  • Stop the Bull: Swipe Right on Safety

    Open to all students, staff, and faculty
    Swipe Right on Safety is a presentation on cyber-safety in the modern era from experts Officer Max Becker, from UAFÉ«ÊÓƵÏÂÔØ™s Police Department, and Professor Sean McGee, from UAFÉ«ÊÓƵÏÂÔØ™S HSEM program.

  • Stop the Bull: Resource Rodeo

    Open to all students, staff, and faculty
